Motherson and Gestoos are going to show a breakthrough on how OEMs can easily and efficiently enable vehicles to understand human movements & behavior in real-time. 

Gestoos brings its expertise in machine vision. Gestoos and Motherson worked on the safety-related use case of child presence detection using a vision system. The use case idea is validated for early-stage R&D using Gestoos’ Creator annotation and model generation platform utilizing a limited number of test sequences and without the user needing any in-depth knowledge of computer vision or AI.

We are at a stage in the computer vision evolution, where technology can understand our everyday gestures, body expressions, and general movement. Why is this something we should care about? Because, we can get to a point with this technology, that it will have a major impact on reducing the number of accidents in future and saving lives.
