Coming from a home of engineers, Willemijn strongly believes that success in manufacturing depends on frontline workers.** **Willemijn is a serial entrepreneur with vast experience in innovation, digital transformation, and technology development.
Over mutual frustration on information design and instructions for an industry very much stuck in the last century, Willemijn founded SwipeGuide in 2016 together with learning expert Daan Assen.
Before SwipeGuide she successfully led several fintech and cleantech companies to growth acceleration in the role of an interim C-level executive. She also led multiple corporations through complex digital transformation with impact.
In her free time, Willemijn wakes up early to run and swim in the Dutch dunes and create memories with her family.
